Join me for Online Pole Workshop Vol.2, a 90-minute live Zoom class where we'll focus on longer pole sequences/transitions (different material from 1st ws). The workshop is best suited to Intermediate and Intermediate-Advanced students and because we'll be working live, I'll offer a range of options and progressions to help you find the version that feels right for your current level. 10min warm up is included.
