Let's celebrate the launch of my new website and the return of my online classes with a special workshop where I'll share some of my favs.

It's a 75-minute live Zoom class focused on exploring pole movement from every height. Together, we'll work through grounding low pole transitions, dynamic tumble-downs and fairy like power spins.

This workshop is designed for Intermediate to Intermediate-Advanced students. However, because the class is live, I will offer different variations and progressions throughout the session, allowing you to adapt the material to your individual level and experience.
